Debby and Alter Shoresh Barry Barkan

Debby and Alter Shoresh Barry Barkan have worked to evoke tikkun olam in the elder care community for the past 25 years,. They are leaders in the growing international movement to change the culture of nursing homes. Students and friends of R. Zalman Schachter-Shalomi and R. Shlomo Carlebach, z'l, they are among the founders and leaders of the Aquarian Minyan of Berkeley.
